HEAVENLY BODIES The Celestial Movements Shaping Your Week October 19–25, 2026

October 19–25, 2026

Good Morning, Wild Souls! ๐ŸŒน✨

There's a change in the celestial atmosphere this week, and it's an interesting one. We're moving away from Libra's emphasis on harmony and into Scorpio's world of honesty, emotional depth, and transformation.

With Venus still retrograde, relationships and personal values remain part of the conversation. But the heavens are also encouraging us to look beyond appearances, recognize what deserves our energy, and consider whether the changes we're making truly reflect what matters.

And as the Sun prepares to enter Scorpio, one thing becomes increasingly clear: understanding ourselves is an ongoing journey, not a destination.

๐Ÿ’— Venus and Pluto — Looking Beneath the Surface

On Tuesday, October 20, retrograde Venus in Scorpio forms a square✨ with Pluto in Aquarius. This is one of the week's more challenging planetary conversations, bringing questions of trust, attachment, control, and personal values into focus.

✨ Square: A 90° angle between planets, traditionally associated with tension, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Venus asks what we love and value. Pluto asks us to examine the deeper motivations beneath those attachments. Together, they remind us that healthy relationships leave room for honesty, respect, and individual freedom. We don't have to fear difficult discoveries, but we can approach them with compassion rather than suspicion.

☀️ Welcome to Scorpio Season

On Friday, October 23, the Sun enters Scorpio, marking a shift from Libra's diplomatic, relationship-centered energy toward Scorpio's themes of depth, truth, and transformation.

✨ Ingress: When a planet or the Sun moves from one zodiac sign into another.

Scorpio season encourages us to look more closely at what motivates us, what we've outgrown, and what deserves our continued commitment. This isn't about assuming something is hidden or wrong. It's about developing a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.

And there's an interesting celestial companion to this transition: the Sun also forms a conjunction✨ with retrograde Venus in Scorpio on Friday.

✨ Conjunction: When two celestial bodies appear close together in the zodiac, combining or emphasizing their astrological themes.

The Sun illuminates what Venus has been asking us to reconsider. Our relationships, priorities, and sense of worth may become clearer as we recognize what genuinely matters.

☿ Mercury Joins the Retrograde Conversation

On Saturday, October 24, Mercury stations retrograde✨ in Scorpio, joining Venus in her backward-looking journey.

✨ Mercury Retrograde: When Mercury appears to move backward from Earth, astrologically associated with reviewing communication, plans, information, and decisions.

Mercury governs communication, thinking, and the exchange of information in astrology. In Scorpio, its retrograde period encourages thoughtful conversations, careful listening, and a willingness to reconsider our assumptions.

And with Venus retrograde nearby, there's a shared theme running through the heavens: understand before reacting, and listen before deciding.

Retrograde planets aren't actually reversing their orbits. Their backward movement is an optical effect viewed from Earth. Astrologically, we interpret these periods as opportunities for reflection rather than reasons to expect disaster.

๐ŸŒ• The Moon Builds Toward Fullness

Throughout the week, the waxing Moon✨ continues gathering light, moving toward the Taurus Full Moon arriving just after midnight on Monday, October 26.

✨ Waxing Moon: The period when the Moon's illuminated portion appears to grow between the New Moon and Full Moon.

The approaching Taurus Full Moon will emphasize stability, security, comfort, and our relationship with the things we value.

That's a particularly fitting conclusion to a week so strongly influenced by Venus, Scorpio, and Pluto. After examining what matters beneath the surface, the Moon begins directing our attention toward what helps us feel grounded.

♏ The Zodiac's Role This Week

The zodiac has its own part to play in this week's celestial story, and four signs help us understand how these planetary movements connect.

Libra ♎ begins the week hosting the Sun, reminding us of the importance of fairness, cooperation, and understanding one another. As Libra season draws to a close, we're encouraged to consider whether the balance we've been seeking is genuinely serving everyone involved.

Scorpio ♏ takes center stage as the Sun joins Mercury and retrograde Venus in this emotionally perceptive water sign. Scorpio's influence invites us to explore trust, intimacy, personal values, and the courage to acknowledge uncomfortable truths. Its lesson isn't to become suspicious of others, but to understand ourselves more deeply.

Aquarius ♒ contributes through Pluto, bringing a broader perspective to the week's conversations about change. Where Scorpio examines personal transformation, Aquarius asks us to consider our communities, shared responsibilities, and the ways individual choices influence the collective.

Taurus ♉ begins making its presence felt as the Moon approaches its Full Moon phase. As Scorpio's opposite sign, Taurus reminds us that emotional depth needs a foundation of stability, self-respect, and practical care. Understanding what matters is important, but so is creating a life that supports those values.

Together, these zodiac influences tell a meaningful story. Libra introduces balance, Scorpio encourages honesty, Aquarius expands our awareness, and Taurus reminds us to stay grounded.

The message? We can grow, change, and discover new truths without losing the stability, kindness, and connection that make life meaningful.

๐ŸŒน The Message Written in the Stars

This week's planetary movements aren't asking us to question everything or distrust everyone. They're inviting us to become more conscious of our choices.

Venus and Pluto encourage honest examination. The Sun's entrance into Scorpio brings greater depth. Mercury retrograde reminds us that understanding takes patience, while the approaching Full Moon draws our attention toward stability and peace.

Real transformation doesn't always mean changing who we are. Sometimes it means understanding ourselves well enough to choose differently.

And there's something wonderfully hopeful about that.

Blessings for the Week ahead.

P.S. Venus wants to discuss feelings, Mercury wants to revisit the conversation, and Pluto wants to know what everybody's really thinking. Scorpio season has officially entered the group chat. ๐ŸŒน

HEAVENLY BODIES The Celestial Movements Shaping Your Week October 12–18, 2026

October 12–18, 2026

Good Morning, Wild Souls! ๐ŸŒน✨

The heavens have quite a conversation going this week, and the message is surprisingly encouraging. After last week's Libra New Moon, we're moving from reflection toward action. But this isn't about rushing forward. It's about understanding what matters, recognizing what's possible, and finding the determination to build something meaningful.

And wouldn't you know it? The planets seem ready to cooperate.

✨ A Little Hope Goes a Long Way

On Thursday, October 15, the Sun in Libra forms a beautiful sextile✨ with Jupiter in Leo, bringing an atmosphere of optimism, generosity, and possibility.

✨ Sextile: A favorable 60° angle between planets, associated with cooperation and opportunity.

Libra reminds us that relationships and cooperation matter, while Jupiter in Leo encourages confidence, creativity, and the courage to shine.

Together, they offer a lovely reminder that success doesn't have to come at someone else's expense. Sometimes the greatest opportunities grow when we encourage one another.

Pluto Changes Direction

Also on Thursday, Pluto stations direct✨ in Aquarius after months of retrograde motion.

✨ Stations Direct: When a planet appears to stop moving backward and begins moving forward again from Earth's perspective.

Pluto represents deep transformation, while Aquarius connects those changes to society, communities, technology, and our collective future.

This isn't an overnight transformation. Pluto works on a much larger timeline, gradually revealing what needs to evolve.

With the Sun and Jupiter encouraging possibility on the very same day, the celestial message becomes especially interesting: hope is wonderful, but meaningful change requires us to examine the foundations beneath it.

Courage Meets Discipline

Friday brings one of the week's most constructive aspects as Mars in Leo forms a trine✨ with Saturn in Aries.

✨ Trine: A harmonious 120° angle between planets, associated with natural cooperation and support.

Mars supplies the fire, ambition, and determination. Saturn provides patience, responsibility, and structure.

Ordinarily, Mars wants to charge ahead while Saturn insists on checking the directions first. But under this harmonious aspect, their differences become strengths.

It's a wonderful reminder that passion and discipline aren't enemies. Sometimes the surest way to accomplish something extraordinary is to approach it one thoughtful step at a time.

๐ŸŒ— The First Quarter Moon

On Sunday, October 18, the First Quarter Moon✨ arrives in Capricorn, challenging the Libra Sun.

✨ First Quarter Moon: The waxing lunar phase when the Moon appears half-lit, traditionally associated with decisions, challenges, and action.

Remember those intentions planted during last week's New Moon? This is their first real test.

Libra seeks harmony and cooperation. Capricorn asks whether our choices are practical, responsible, and sustainable.

It's one thing to imagine a better future. It's another to begin building it.

And that's where the week's celestial story comes together.

๐ŸŒน The Message Written in the Stars

Venus remains retrograde✨ in Scorpio, continuing her invitation to reconsider our relationships, priorities, and deepest values.

✨ Venus Retrograde: When Venus appears to move backward from Earth, astrologically associated with reassessing love, relationships, and personal values.

Meanwhile, Jupiter encourages hope, Pluto signals long-term transformation, and Mars joins Saturn to remind us that progress takes both courage and commitment.

The heavens aren't promising that everything will magically fall into place.

They're offering something better: the opportunity to take what we've learned, believe in what's possible, and begin doing something meaningful with it.

And sometimes, that's exactly where the magic begins.

Blessings for the Week ahead.

HEAVENLY BODIES: Astrological Forecast for the Week of October 5–11, 2026

The Celestial Movements Shaping Your Week

Good Morning, Wild Souls ๐ŸŒผ☘️

This week feels a little like the sky is clearing off the table and asking us to decide what deserves to stay.

We're moving toward a New Moon in Libra, but before we get there, Mercury and Venus revisit something from the past, Mars and Uranus open a different route forward, and Venus and Mars remind us that wanting harmony doesn't mean we're always going to want the same thing.

The interesting part?

None of those energies are working against the others. They're helping us figure out what balance actually looks like.

Monday — Start With the Heart

The Moon spends Monday in Leo, bringing warmth, creativity, pride, and a stronger desire to express ourselves.

The morning may feel slightly out of sync as the Moon challenges both Mercury and Venus. What we're thinking, what we're feeling, and what we're trying to communicate may not immediately line up.

But the day gets easier as it moves along.

Monday isn't asking us to have everything figured out. It's simply opening the week by reminding us that what matters to the heart deserves a place in the conversation too.

Tuesday — An Old Conversation Returns

Tuesday brings one of the week's most meaningful meetings when Mercury conjuncts retrograde Venus in Scorpio at 8:10 PM Eastern.

Mercury brings the words. Venus brings our values, relationships, desires, and sense of worth.

And because Venus is retrograde, she's looking backward before she moves forward.

This can bring an old conversation, feeling, relationship pattern, question, or realization back into view—not necessarily so we can repeat it, but so we can understand it differently.

Sometimes the past returns because there's something there we couldn't see the first time.

The Moon enters Virgo at 10:53 PM Eastern, shifting the emotional atmosphere toward sorting, organizing, and figuring out what to do with what we've learned.

Wednesday — Try Another Way

Wednesday morning, Mars in Leo sextiles Uranus in Gemini at 6:41 AM Eastern.

This is one of my favorite combinations of the week.

Mars wants movement. Uranus wants freedom, experimentation, and a different way of doing things.

Working together, they encourage action without insisting that we follow the same old route.

If something hasn't been working, this isn't necessarily the moment to push harder.

Maybe it's time to try differently.

Thursday — The Quiet Space

Thursday is quieter astrologically, with the Moon continuing through Virgo and spending much of the day void-of-course.

And honestly, that fits perfectly.

We've revisited something. We've considered another approach. Now we get a little breathing room before the weekend brings the week's biggest shift.

Not every pause needs to be filled.

Friday — Balance Comes Into Focus

The Moon enters Libra at 4:10 AM Eastern, bringing the week's central theme fully into view.

Libra looks for balance, fairness, cooperation, beauty, and connection—but genuine balance isn't the same thing as keeping everybody happy.

Sometimes balance requires adjustment.

Sometimes it requires honesty.

And sometimes it requires recognizing that peace built on ignoring what matters isn't really peace at all.

Saturday — A New Beginning in Libra

Saturday brings the centerpiece of our week.

The New Moon in Libra arrives at 11:50 AM Eastern at approximately 17°22′ Libra.

New Moons begin cycles. Libra asks what we want to create in the space between ourselves and others.

How do we cooperate without disappearing?

How do we listen without surrendering our own voice?

How do we build relationships where two people can stand beside one another without either one having to become smaller?

That's the invitation of this New Moon.

And then the sky adds an interesting little footnote.

At 5:31 PM Eastern, retrograde Venus in Scorpio squares Mars in Leo.

Venus asks what we value and desire. Mars asks what we're willing to do about it.

A square creates friction, but friction isn't punishment. It's movement waiting to happen.

Something may need adjusting so that what we want and how we're pursuing it can work together more honestly.

Sunday — Go Beneath the Surface

The Moon enters Scorpio at 11:21 AM Eastern, taking the emotional atmosphere deeper.

After Saturday's Libra New Moon asks us to consider balance and connection, Scorpio isn't particularly interested in leaving things at the polite surface level.

It wants honesty.

It wants to understand what's underneath our choices, relationships, reactions, and desires.

And maybe that's exactly where this week was leading us all along.

The Weekly Forecast

Monday: Give the heart a seat at the table.
Tuesday: Something from the past may make more sense the second time around.
Wednesday: Don't just push harder. Try another way.
Thursday: Leave a little room for the pause.
Friday: Consider what genuine balance looks like.
Saturday: The Libra New Moon opens a new chapter in how we relate, cooperate, and connect.
Sunday: Look beneath the surface. There's more to the story.

Blessings for the Week ahead.
-April ๐ŸŒ™๐ŸŒน

As above, so below. ✨

P.S.
Apparently the planets have scheduled a relationship meeting. Nobody panic.

HEAVENLY BODIES: The Celestial Movements Shaping Your Week

This weeks astrological forecast

Good Morning, Wild Souls ๐ŸŒผ☘️

This week, the sky seems to be asking us to do something deceptively simple: look at the whole picture.

We begin with Mercury and Jupiter opening the conversation, move through the September Equinox and the beginning of Libra season, and arrive at a powerful Aries Full Moon that puts individuality and relationships directly across from one another.

But opposite doesn't have to mean enemies.

Sometimes two different perspectives are exactly what we need to finally see the whole thing.

Monday — Zoom Out

The Moon enters Aquarius Monday afternoon, beginning the week with an emotional current that favors perspective, observation, and looking beyond the obvious.

Then Mercury in Libra sextiles Jupiter in Leo at 6:51 PM Eastern.

Mercury governs communication, thought, information, and interpretation. Jupiter expands whatever it touches and encourages us to consider the bigger picture. With these two working cooperatively, Monday favors conversation, learning, curiosity, and ideas that help us see beyond the limits of our current viewpoint.

Mercury asks the question.

Jupiter says, Let's look a little farther.

Tuesday — Welcome to Libra Season

Tuesday brings one of the week's major celestial turning points.

The Sun enters Libra at 8:05 PM Eastern, marking the September Equinox and the beginning of Libra season.

Virgo season helped us sort, refine, repair, organize, and improve. Libra turns our attention toward balance, cooperation, fairness, connection, and the relationships between things.

And that's important, because balance isn't about making everything identical.

It's about giving each part its proper weight.

Earlier Tuesday, Jupiter forms a challenging minor aspect with Neptune, adding a gentle reminder to keep inspiration connected to reality. Dreams matter. Hope matters. Possibility matters.

So does knowing where your feet are.

Midweek — Leave Room for Another Possibility

Wednesday brings some restless mental energy as Mercury interacts with Uranus. Information may arrive differently than expected, ideas can take an unusual turn, and established ways of thinking may need a little more flexibility.

Later that night, the Moon enters Pisces.

The emotional atmosphere becomes softer, more intuitive, imaginative, and reflective as we begin approaching Saturday's Full Moon.

Thursday continues that quieter build.

Not everything needs an immediate answer.

Sometimes understanding arrives after we've stopped trying to force it.

Friday Into Saturday — Let the Light In

Now we reach the heart of the week.

Friday night, the Libra Sun opposes Neptune in Aries at 9:36 PM Eastern.

Neptune deals with imagination, ideals, intuition, compassion, dreams, and everything that exists beyond the boundaries of ordinary perception. Opposite the Sun, Neptune asks us to look beyond appearances without abandoning discernment.

Then, early Saturday morning at 1:34 AM Eastern, the Sun trines Pluto in Aquarius.

Pluto takes us deeper.

Where Neptune asks, What else could be here?

Pluto asks, What is really here?

Those are different questions, but together they can reveal quite a lot.

Saturday — The Aries Full Moon

The Moon enters Aries early Saturday morning before reaching the Full Moon at 12:49 PM Eastern at approximately 3°37′ Aries.

And this is where the week's story comes together.

The Aries Moon stands opposite the Libra Sun.

Aries represents individuality, initiative, courage, independence, and the right to exist as ourselves.

Libra represents relationship, cooperation, consideration, fairness, and our ability to exist alongside somebody else.

Neither one is wrong.

We need an I.

We also need a we.

The Full Moon illuminates the space between them.

This isn't necessarily about choosing yourself instead of another person—or sacrificing yourself to maintain peace. The deeper lesson of the Aries-Libra axis is learning how individuality and relationship can coexist.

How do I remain myself while still making room for you?

That's a question worth sitting with.

Sunday — Courage Can Be Gentle

Sunday morning, Mars squares Chiron.

Mars wants action. It represents drive, courage, instinct, desire, and our willingness to move.

Chiron represents places where experience has made us especially sensitive—and the wisdom that can eventually grow from those experiences.

Together, they remind us that courage doesn't always look like charging forward without hesitation.

Sometimes courage means recognizing what still hurts and moving forward without treating tenderness as weakness.

Then Sunday night brings one final change in the celestial weather when Mars enters Leo at 10:49 PM Eastern.

Mars has been moving through protective, emotionally driven Cancer. Leo gives that same planet a much more expressive stage.

Action becomes bolder. Creativity gets more fuel. Mars wants to participate, create, lead, and put some heart behind what it's doing.

After a week spent gaining perspective, finding balance, and illuminating what matters, Mars finishes the week with a simple invitation:

Now have the courage to live it.

The Weekly Forecast

Monday: Zoom out. A bigger perspective may change the conversation.
Tuesday: Libra season begins. Balance doesn't require sameness.
Wednesday: Leave room for an unexpected idea.
Thursday: Listen before deciding what everything means.
Friday: Look beyond appearances while keeping your feet on the ground.
Saturday: The Aries Full Moon illuminates the balance between me and we.
Sunday: Move gently where needed—and boldly where you're ready.

Blessings for the Week ahead.

HEAVENLY BODIES: The Celestial Movements Shaping Your Week Week of September 14 - 20

Week of September 14 - 20

Good Morning, Wild Souls ๐ŸŒผ☘️

Last week, the planets dumped half the celestial filing cabinet onto Thursday.

This week, apparently, they've decided to spread the bs around.

Very considerate.

The astrological weather for September 14–20 doesn't revolve around one giant pileup. Instead, the story unfolds like a celestial soap opera: motivation gets things moving, Venus and Pluto start staring at each other like somebody knows something, Mercury attempts to explain himself to Saturn, and Jupiter and Uranus quietly begin cooking up ideas nobody authorized.

Same sky. Different drama.

Monday - Somebody Finally Gets Something Done

The Moon enters Scorpio early Monday morning, setting a deeper, more observant emotional tone for the beginning of the week. Then at 3:52 PM Eastern, the Virgo Sun sextiles Mars in Cancer.

This is one of the week's more cooperative aspects. The Sun describes purpose and direction. Mars brings action, drive, and the willingness to move. A sextile gives the two room to work together.

Virgo wants improvement. Cancer wants to protect what matters. Put the two together and Monday has the energy of finally looking at something that's been sitting there for three weeks and saying, Fine. Let's do it.

Sun and Mars are getting along.

Enjoy this rare display of celestial teamwork.

Tuesday - Venus and Creepy Pluto Enter the Chat

Tuesday is where things get interesting.

At 2:35 PM Eastern, Venus in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius.

Venus represents love, attraction, relationships, money, values, pleasure, and self-worth.

Pluto represents power, buried material, obsession, transformation, control, and everything somebody hoped would stay conveniently hidden.

And Scorpio Venus is not especially interested in pretending she didn't notice.

This aspect can bring underlying relationship dynamics, value conflicts, power struggles, attachments, jealousies, desires, and uncomfortable truths closer to the surface.

Which is why, visually speaking, Venus is standing there looking fabulous while Pluto lurks nearby like some creepy man who already knows the secret.

And honestly, that tells you almost everything you need to know about Tuesday.

Midweek — Get Some Perspective

Wednesday brings a change in emotional atmosphere when the Moon enters Sagittarius at 12:41 PM Eastern. After Scorpio's intensity, Sagittarius wants a wider view.

That doesn't erase Tuesday's truth bombs. It just gives us enough distance to look at the situation without standing directly inside it.

Thursday is quieter by comparison, and frankly, we should appreciate that.

Not every day needs a planetary intervention.

Friday - Mercury Presents His Case

Friday morning, Mercury in Libra opposes Saturn in Aries at 6:00 AM Eastern.

Mercury governs thinking, communication, information, decisions, and interpretation. Libra wants discussion, fairness, diplomacy, and consideration of both sides.

Saturn governs boundaries, limits, accountability, structure, and reality.

So naturally, Mercury arrives with twelve pages of supporting documentation.

Mercury: Okay, but hear me out.

Saturn: No.

Mercury-Saturn weather can make conversations feel heavier, slower, more serious, or more consequential. Plans may need adjustment. Words need precision. Assumptions may meet facts.

And sometimes the answer really is just no.

Adding three more paragraphs does not always change it.

Later that afternoon, at 4:43 PM Eastern, the Moon reaches its First Quarter phase at 25° Sagittarius.

This is the first major checkpoint following last week's Virgo New Moon.

The New Moon asks what needs to begin.

The First Quarter asks what we're willing to actually do about it.

Intentions are lovely.

Now comes movement.

The Weekend - Somebody Get the Clipboard

Just after midnight Saturday, the Moon enters Capricorn at about 12:55 AM Eastern.

Which is hilariously appropriate after Friday's First Quarter Moon.

Sagittarius says, Let's do something.

Capricorn walks in holding a clipboard and says, Good. What's the plan?

The weekend therefore shifts toward structure, follow-through, responsibility, and making something tangible out of everything the week stirred up.

Then Sunday quietly introduces another layer.

Jupiter forms a quintile with Uranus at 10:08 AM Eastern, followed by Venus quincunx Uranus at 11:48 AM.

Jupiter expands. Uranus disrupts and innovates. Venus deals with values and relationships.

Put those together and Sunday carries a subtle undercurrent of experimentation, surprise, changing expectations, and possibility.

Basically, Jupiter and Uranus have been whispering in the corner.

That is rarely boring.

Venus, unfortunately, gets dragged back into the storyline because apparently Tuesday wasn't enough.

Something about values, relationships, preferences, or expectations may need adjusting to accommodate something new.

Not everything unexpected is a disaster.

Sometimes it's simply the moment the old arrangement stops fitting.

The Weekly Forecast

Monday: Motivation meets action. Somebody finally does the thing.
Tuesday: Venus and Pluto uncover the part nobody wanted to discuss.
Wednesday: Step back. Get perspective.
Thursday: Suspiciously calm. Accept the gift.
Friday: Mercury argues the case. Saturn has already stamped it denied.
Saturday: Capricorn arrives with a clipboard.
Sunday: Jupiter and Uranus start getting ideas. Proceed accordingly.

Blessings for the Week ahead.
-April ๐ŸŒ™๐ŸŒน

As above, so below. ✨

P.S.
If Saturn says no on Friday, ask for the denial in writing.

HEAVENLY BODIES: Astrological Forecast for the week of September 7–13, 2026

Welcome to Heavenly Bodies, a new Monday-morning forecast from April Moon Astrology.

Every week, we're looking at what the hell is going on up there—and how it all works together down here.

Because astrology isn't just a list of isolated transits. The Moon changes signs. Planets change signs. Some slow down, some turn retrograde, and some form aspects that keep a celestial story moving for days.

It all connects.

As above, so below.

That's the philosophy behind Heavenly Bodies.

This isn't another horoscope. We're not telling each zodiac sign what's going to happen. We're stepping back and looking at the whole sky: the larger celestial weather we're all moving through together.

So grab your tea, read the leaves at the bottom if that's your thing, and let's see what the heavens are doing.

Good Morning, Wild Souls ๐ŸŒผ☘️

Find your missing keys, locate whatever piece of your sanity survived the weekend, and settle in. This week's forecast is mostly manageable with a significant chance of WHAT THE HELL on Thursday.

We're moving through Virgo season beneath a waning Moon, so the beginning of the week carries a clearing-out quality. Something is winding down before Thursday's Virgo New Moon resets the lunar cycle—and Thursday isn't exactly arriving quietly.

The Week Begins — Clearing the Deck

Monday starts with the Moon in Cancer before it enters Leo around 12:50 PM Eastern. Cancer pulls inward; Leo turns the lights back on.

That shift carries into Tuesday, when the Leo Moon brings a warmer, more expressive tone into a week otherwise dominated by practical Virgo energy. Virgo asks what could work better. Leo asks whether we're remembering to actually live while we're fixing it.

By Wednesday afternoon, the Moon moves into Virgo and starts closing in on Thursday night's New Moon. This is the cleanup phase.

Virgo isn't usually interested in dramatic reinvention. It notices what isn't working, adjusts the system, clears the clutter, and prepares the ground.

The timing matters because Venus and Mercury are both reaching the ends of their signs while Uranus prepares to station retrograde. Several pieces of the sky are sitting at transition points at once.

Wednesday is the hallway. Thursday opens every damn door.

Thursday - Celestial Weather Warning

Secure the patio furniture. Metaphorically speaking.

Thursday, September 10, brings four major celestial shifts.

Venus enters Scorpio at 4:07 AM Eastern. Venus leaves harmony-seeking Libra and moves into deeper Scorpio territory, shifting the astrological emphasis toward intimacy, trust, loyalty, shared values, and what lies beneath the surface.

Mercury enters Libra at 12:20 PM. Communication moves away from Virgo's analysis and toward balance, perspective, negotiation, and the relationship between one viewpoint and another.

Uranus stations retrograde in Gemini at 2:27 PM. Uranus is associated with disruption, innovation, awakening, and sudden shifts in perspective. Gemini deals heavily with information, communication, and ideas, making this another piece of the week's strong mental and communicative theme.

Then at 11:27 PM Eastern, the Sun and Moon meet in Virgo for the New Moon.

Four separate events? Technically. Four unrelated events? Not even close.

Venus changes the tone around values and relationships. Mercury changes the tone of communication. Uranus changes direction in communication-focused Gemini. Then Virgo resets the lunar cycle around discernment, habits, routines, and practical systems.

The common thread is reassessment and adjustment: what matters, how it's being communicated, what needs reconsidered, and what could simply work better.

That's what Heavenly Bodies is here to follow-not merely what's happening in the sky, but how the pieces talk to one another.

Thursday's forecast: Seek shelter from flying planets.

After the Shift

Friday arrives on the other side of the New Moon with Venus now in Scorpio, Mercury in Libra, and Uranus retrograde in Gemini.

These aren't one-hour events that disappear when the clock changes. They're movements into new phases, and Friday gives the week's new celestial landscape a chance to settle into place. By evening, the Moon moves into Libra, continuing the emphasis on balance, relationships, and communication.

Saturday brings an interesting Mercury combination. Mercury in Libra trines Pluto in Aquarius and then, less than an hour later, opposes Neptune in Aries.

Pluto digs beneath the surface. Neptune can blur the edges. Mercury is moving between both influences almost simultaneously. That's useful celestial weather for asking deeper questions, but not necessarily for assuming the first interpretation is the right one.

Saturday's forecast: Mental fog mixed with investigative lightning. Keep your facts somewhere dry.

Sunday keeps the communication theme alive as Mercury continues through Libra and begins connecting back into Uranus in Gemini. That's the thread running through the week: Thursday changes the landscape, Saturday complicates perception, and Sunday begins opening another door in the conversation.

This is why we don't read celestial movements like separate fortune cookies. They build on one another.

The Weekly Forecast

Monday: Emotional clouds clearing into Leo sunshine.
Tuesday: Warmer, brighter, slightly more dramatic.
Wednesday: Virgo cleanup crews arrive.
Thursday: Seek shelter from flying planets.
Friday: Clearing conditions. Let the new landscape settle.
Saturday: Mental fog with investigative lightning.
Sunday: Fresh ideas beginning to move through.

Blessings for the Week ahead.
-April ๐ŸŒ™๐ŸŒน

As above, so below. ✨

P.S.
Good luck on Thursday. ☘️
